Kill

This project is the third phase of a development at the foot of Kill Hill, it consists of 167 Houses and apartments. The layout responds to the steeply sloped site and is circumnavigated by a heritage trail which is part of a looped walk connecting back to the town.

The finishes are simple and restrained. Investment is placed in the expressive brick porches.

Due for completion 2023.
